Please note that the prices quoted are per person and are subject to UK VAT, which is currently charged at 20%. VAT is added to the price within the booking section of the website.

Some hospitality companies impose an additional service charge of up to 20%. In our packages there are no hidden costs, the price includes all service charges and drinks. The only extra costs that you might wish to pay for are additional items on the day such as official merchandise.

If you have made a booking online then we will confirm whether or not we can accept the booking within one business day of your request. As soon as we have accepted the booking we will issue an invoice to you confirming the arrangements we are providing on your behalf. The contract to supply you with these arrangements will be created as soon as we issue you with an invoice.

Subject to receipt of full payment we endeavour to send all hospitality itineraries no later than 10 days prior to the event date. All tickets are sent by secure mail and no extra charge will be made for deliveries to an address within the UK. We can arrange for a courier to deliver your tickets to an address outside the UK, but this may incur an additional fee, which will be advised prior to delivery.
