Six Day Racing (London)
Sunday 18th - Friday 23rd October 2015

Six Day racing is Britain’s great gift to the cycling world, a superb format adored by fans and riders across Europe and beyond. Now, after a 35-year wait, it is finally coming home to London. Between October 18th and 23rd, the world’s best track riders will descend on the Velodrome at Lee Valley VeloPark for six thrilling nights of adrenalin-fuelled action in the capital. And everyone is invited to the party.

Six Day London sees Britain revive its great Sixes tradition with the hottest new event on the sporting calendar. In the city that hosted the very first race back in 1878, spectators can watch the latest generation of superstars -including big names from the road peloton-chase fame and glory on the world’s fastest track.

Competing in pairs over six nights, the riders will fight it out in a series of frenzied sprint and endurance races, sure to leave even the spectators struggling for breath. Drama and excitement is guaranteed throughout the week as the teams lock horns in popular events like the Madison, Derny Race and Team Time Trial.

With a jam-packed programme on and off the track including food, drink and music, Six Day London promises a supreme sporting experience. Our VIP packages offer the chance to get closer to the action, with spectacular views and fantastic hospitality at the very centre of the velodrome.
