This year the Last Night celebrations in Hyde Park include the grand finale of BBC Two's series Maestro.
Sir Terry Wogan has kindly agreed to compere the evening once again which will include a host of international stars, including Jose Carreras, accompanied by Proms in the Park favourites the BBC Concert Orchestra, conducted by Martin Yates. The party gets underway with Abba tribute band Bjorn Again and all-male vocal group Teatro. Further artists will be announced during the year.
The event is broadcast on BBC television and radio across the World with the grand finale from the Royal Albert Hall shown by live feed on giant screens.
